1. Acceptance of Terms

• Single Account Requirement: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phgold. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under different names, addresses, or identifying information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

By registering with phgold, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements outlined above. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or otherwise make your login credentials available to any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify phgold of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, any security breach, or any suspected fraudulent activity. phgold shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification of such unauthorized use, provided such unauthorized use was not directly caused by phgold's negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

phgold supports multiple deposit methods tailored specifically for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Metrobank), over-the-counter payment at authorized retail outlets, and cryptocurrency transfers (USDT). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name and must comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and our internal financial policies.

phgold reserves the right to void bets, withhold payouts, or close accounts if we detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, cheating, use of automated betting systems or bots, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of fraudulent or advantage play. phgold employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited activities. Any suspected violation will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, images, text, audio, video, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the phgold platform are the exclusive property of phgold or our licensed content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phgold services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not convey any ownership rights and may be terminated immediately upon your breach of these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or materials obtained from phgold without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phgold and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if phgold has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phgold's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, or One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000), whichever is less.

phgold is not responsible for any losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party service provider errors, unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we implement robust security measures and employ fair gaming practices, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service delivery.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

phgold reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused our services, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by phgold management.

Upon account termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You remain liable for all outstanding obligations, including completion of any pending wagers. phgold will return any remaining account balance to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to phgold, provided the balance was not obtained through fraudulent means or breach of these Terms.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team through live chat or email. Account closure requests are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Any remaining balance after ninety (90) days from account closure may be forfeited unless otherwise prohibited by law.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
